Hi I'm Greta

I am a Pacific Northwest girl, born and raised. I love sports, baking, and spending time with my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Tacoma, Washington and I love everything about living in the Northwest. Yes, even the rain! From a young age I was taught the value of education. I love learning and I have completed 2 years at BYU studying Business Management. I love to stay active by participating in intramural basketball and soccer teams. I also enjoy tennis, snow and water skiing, and anything outdoors. I love baking and learning how to make new things. I have studied French for the last five years, both in high school and at BYU. This spring I studied abroad in Paris and I was able to travel all over France. I am the middle of five children, with three brothers and one sister. They are my best friends, I couldn't have been blessed with a better family. I have been called to serve as a full-time missionary in the Portugal Lisbon Mission, I am so excited to preach the gospel to the people of Portugal.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because it brings me joy. Everything about the gospel makes me happy and it helps me understand my purpose in this life. Knowing that I am a daughter of a loving Heavenly Father, and that I have infinite worth gives me an eternal perspective. I have a strong testimony that families can be together forever. My family means everything to me and knowing that I can spend eternity with them is incredible. I would be lost without my belief in my Savior Jesus Christ. Through the Atonement, Jesus Christ felt every pain, sorrow, and disappointment we experience. No matter what we are going through, no matter how alone we feel, He understands and is behind us 100%. I love the gospel of Jesus Christ, my beliefs bring me so much happiness and help me find meaning in everything I do.

How I live my faith

I express my faith in every aspect of my life. I try my best to live as my Savior would have me live. The best way I know to do this is to serve everyone around me. As I look for ways to serve people, I feel closer to my Father in Heaven, and feel the love He has for me and each of His children.
