Hi I'm Joshua

I grew up in Utah. I love playing sports, reading, and learning. I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student at Brigham Young University and I love studying the life sciences. I hope to go to Physical Therapy school after I graduate with my Bachelor's degree. I love learning new things and figuring out how the world works. I enjoy weight lifting, running, and playing sports. I love scouting and I am an Eagle Scout.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and always went with my parents to church. Even though I have been Mormon all my life, there still came a time when I had to know for myself if I was making the right choice. When I was about 14 I decided that I was going to figure out if this church is true. I started to read my scriptures daily, pray morning and night, and began to repent of some previous misdeeds. As a result of doing those and other things, I felt a feeling of peace settle over my life. Everything started falling into place and I felt the happiest I ever had in my life. I have come to know that Jesus Christ lives and that he atoned for our sins. By turning to Him, I have felt His love in my life. Although my life is far from perfect, it has been greatly enhanced and blessed because I have turned my life over to Him.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing everything I can to be a positive example for those around me. I can't talk to everyone around me, so I try to quietly show what I believe by living it. I love serving in my church callings, especially, going out and home-teaching my families.
