Hi I'm Emma Lundgren

I was born and raised in Utah. I love working with special needs people. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I work with the special needs mutual and work at a group home for special needs adults. It's one of my passions. I have a mission call to serve in the Michigan Detroit mission. June 2013 - December 2014 I have now served for 9 months. I have loved the opportunity to see people change their lives for this gospel. It is truly so important to me.

Why I am a Mormon

I love this Gospel! I know this church is true through answered prayers and scriptures I read! I know Joseph Smith saw Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ at the age of 14. I know that the true church was restored through Joseph Smith. I love feeling the Spirit and can't wait to share that feeling! We have a Father in Heaven who loves us and is literally our Father. He has blessed us in many ways, with our families, with our Savior and in the simple things of every day.

How I live my faith

I work with the special needs mutual. I absolutely love my calling. I go to institute and enjoy the company of others who believe the same as I do. I will be giving 18 months of my life to the people of Detroit, Michigan. I can't wait to serve the Lord and these people on my mission.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

Emma Lundgren
No, 18 year old boys are strongly recommended to do so. 19 year old girls have the option to do so. We do so because we want to share the joy and love we have felt through this gospel. Missionaries serve for between 18 months and 2 years. Missionary work is completely voluntary and we actually pay to come out. We truly love what we have and want people to have the option to enjoy the blessings as well. Show more Show less
