Hi I'm Paula

I love being a wife and mother of seven children. I have six grandchildren. I love being a Grandma! I am a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up being the youngest in a family of eight siblings. I always wanted to have a large family myself. I have been blessed with six wonderful sons and one lovely daughter. As my childrens Spouses and their children have entered my life it has brought me so much joy! I just can't imagine my life with out my family. I love to quilt blankets for these new babies as they have come. I enjoy doing hand stitchery on them to make them special and pretty. I also enjoy canning fruit and vegetables from my garden. Home grown things are the best!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a faithful Mormon family, but at an early age I had my own Testimony of it's truthfulness. I had received that by a witness of the Holy Ghost that following the commandments made me happy. I have so much joy, and happiness in my life. Living the Gospel brings peace and joy. When I say the Gospel I am meaning the teachings of Jesus Christ. His way really is the way to happiness in this life and eternal life in the world to come. I know that this is true!

How I live my faith

I teach a early morning Religion class to our youth before they attend Hight School each day. It has been a great experience for me to search the Scriptures each day to prepare for this class. This year we have focused on learning from the New Testament. I have come to a greater understanding of our Saviors life and teachings because of this opportunity. I will be forever grateful, as I have come to understand in a deeper way the amazing gift of grace from our Savior, because of this opportunity to teach. I am in my fourth year of teaching. It has been a high light of my life to be associated with these special young people . I see in them a desire to live a happy and righteous life as they choose to follow our Saviors' example.
