Hi I'm David Parker

I grew up in Layton, Utah. I love to laugh and make others laugh and I am a mormon.

About Me

I am really grateful for the good life I live. I am 6'7" tall with red hair and blue eyes. I live in a great time with alot of comforts. The most important thing to me are the relationships I have with people. I want to get to know people and have fun. When my time on earth comes to a close I hope that I can be considered a good person by all who knew me.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that Jesus lives today. He is an active part of the lives of everyone on earth. He has always strived to save all of Heavenly Fathers children. He did before he was born through worthy men and women by teaching repentance and salvation, He did while He was on earth, He does today. The gospel in its fullness has been restored to the earth. We no longer have to rely solely upon scripture written for previous dispensations. God has again reestablished clarity to His children on His plan, His nature and His goals for us. I have found that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is an organization that has been formed by the hand of God, for our day, in preperation for the second coming of the Savior. I wish that everyone would open themselves up to the message of the LDS church and realize what is happening in our day. The Savior's messages as we have recorded in the New Testament brought life and freedom to the willing and humble. His messages today are no different for He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Come check it out, listen with an open mind and heart and you will see the majesty and beauty that is hidden to the "natural man".

How I live my faith

I feel like I have been favored by The Lord. As a hyper young man I recall feeling The Holy Spirit's influence in my life. I was not a quiet child of reflection but The Lord introduced Himself to me often as I grew up. I feel like I have been given much more than I deserve. I love Jesus Christ because I feel His guidance and love. When I reach out to Him I feel the strong and warm compansionship that removes all doubts and fears. Just as The Savior revived the cold flesh of the deceased and the decaying flesh of the leper I have had my spirit ressurected and my soul cleaned. I mean it. He is real and His message and mission is that He is our Savior, He is the Lamb of God who righted the wrongs of our lost and fallen state and I will be forever grateful for Him, my friend.
