Hi I'm Alexandra Banks

I shake w/my left hand, I am a red head, and I am Mormon!

About Me

My name for right now because I am serving a mission in South Carolina is Sister Banks. I am oldest in my family with four siblings (3 brothers and 1 sister). I was born and raised in Utah. Graduated High School in 2012. I have work as a Nursing Assistants at an Assisted Living and I loved working with the cute residents. I went on to college for a year. But I put in on hold to serve my Heavenly Father.

Why I am a Mormon

I am so grateful for this gospel! I know that Heavenly Father knows exactly what we are going through, he will help us out if we ask for it through prayer and he will always answer when he knows we are ready for it. The ways that our Heavenly Father will answer us is Yes, Not now or I have something better for you. I know that he loves us unconditionally, and he is SO patient with us as we go through this journey back to return to his presence. Heavenly Father has blessed me with so many trials in my life that have been hard, but I know that he has helped me and made me become stronger because of them. Another way that God answers us is through the Book of Mormon. I treasure this Book, and through reading it I have come to know through the spirit that it is Another Testament of Christ that Joseph Smith, a true Prophet of God, translated for us in this day in age so that we can learn and grow from it. I know that the Gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored through the Prophet Joseph Smith just like it has been restored through Adam, Noah and many other Prophets in the Bible and Book of Mormon. Because of the Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ we have a living Prophet on the earth today, President Thomas S. Monson, and if we follow his counsel from God, we will be blessed. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints blesses families and that we can be sealed not just for death do we part but for ETERNITY :). I know that Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, made it possible through the atonement and repentance that we can live with our Heavenly Father again. I am so grateful for Jesus Christ, he is a great example to me. I know that you can be blessed for yourself through simple pray, studying the scriptures and acting on the promptings that you receive.

How I live my faith

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints my whole entire life but my journey hasn't been easy and I know that I wouldn't be the person today without tit. When I was growing up I had parents that were faithful in the church. I served in young women's. When I went to college I served as the Relief Society Service Coordinator . . . I helped serve the other women in my student ward :) Right now, my status is Missionary :) and I LOVE IT! Sharing the gospel with others helps your testimony grow.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Alexandra Banks
I am serving a mission and when I visit peoples home I will share a message about the Restored Gospel and how it has blessed my life and my families life. The missionaries aren't there to do the converting they are just the mouth pieces for the spirit to work through them to get to you. I promise that you will feel the spirit as you bring them into your home. Show more Show less
