Hi I'm Mark

I'm from Utah. I love to make music. I'm a missionary, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I really enjoy making music of most sorts - from jazz to classical to rock to singing in choirs. I've been attending college to become a physics teacher, and have really enjoyed that. One of the other things I really enjoy doing is woodturning - using a lathe to carve wood into things like bowls, goblets, platters and spinning tops.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, and have been a Mormon for as long as I can remember. Initially it was because that's what my parents were doing, but as I entered my teen years, I came to want to know for myself whether the church really was true. I knew that I needed to pray to gain that knowledge, so I did. The spirit was overwhelming and I knew in my heart that it was true. I continue to go not only because I know it's true, but because the gospel makes me happy.

How I live my faith

I love to do service opportunities, especially ones for the Bishop's Storehouse, which provides necessities to those who can't afford them. Currently though I'm serving a mission, and spending my days doing my best to serve the Lord and those around me, both physically and spiritually. I love the gospel, which is why I want to share it with everyone.
