Hi I'm Seb

I am a doer. I study Economics. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love watching films, I love gadgets. I am in my first year at University and I study Economics. I recently returned from serving as a Missionary for 'The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints'. I lived in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland for two years. I want to run my own business in the future and have a goal to retire by 50!

Why I am a Mormon

I have always believed in God and prayer, as I was taught about this from an early age and saw how prayer has helped me from an early age. I came to a time in my life that I wanted to find out for myself if this is Christ's Church. I read the Book of Mormon for a period of time and prayed to know if it is true. This invitation is extended to all people in the Book of Mormon. I received an answer from God through the Holy Ghost that the Book of Mormon is true. Subsequently I have received confirmation through prayer that Joseph Smith is a Prophet. I know that my experience in not unique that God hears and answers prayers and that He will hear and answer everyone's prayers in a way that they will recognise.

How I live my faith

At Church I help to co-ordinate efforts with the missionaries to share the teachings of Jesus Christ. I loved serving as a missionary and seek opportunities now to participate and go out with the missionaries and help them to teach people about Jesus Christ. I also participate in activities for people in the 18-30 age category by going to scripture study classes, dances and a variety of different events. Ultimately I try and live my faith by doing what I feel to be right and just striving to be nice every day!
