Hi I'm Noah

I play frisbee. I like to bake. I live in Denmark. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently serving a mission for the church in Copenhagen, Denmark. I'm the third child out of six. I love playing Ultimate Frisbee, Basketball, and Ping Pong. I've lived in Massachusetts, Virginia, and... of course... Utah. I would like to study medicine and become a cardiologist one day. I like walking barefoot and baking pastries.

Why I am a Mormon

I am LDS because I love my God, my Savior, and my Family. Our faith is based on a beautiful thing called The Plan of Salvation. Basically, if we follow the plan that God has made for us, not only will we be able to live with God again after we die, but our families as well. As Elder Jeffery R. Holland, a leader of our church, has said, heaven would not be heaven without being able to live with my family forever. I love that eternal truth. I testify that God lives. I know that if we do what is right in this life and we are truly converted to the gospel of Jesus Christ, that we can live with him and our families forever one day. I know that the only way to do that is through the atonement of Jesus Christ. He suffered for our sins so that we would not have to suffer for them, if we truly repent and come unto him. I testify of these things and urge you to please pray about them. Find out for yourself if these words are true. I know that you will find them to be true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through love. As a missionary, it's my job to help others understand that the Savior loves them. It's my job to help people understand that they are God's children. When we do what's right, we are so happy because Heavenly Father is telling us that he's happy with the choices we have made. The Savior left the perfect example for us: never once doing something for himself. That is truly the way to happiness.

Who chooses the Mormon prophet?

The prophet is called of God to lead the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I know that this is true. Thomas S. Monson is the current living prophet and he has been called of God. I would encourage you to pray about this truth and ask God if it is not true. I know that you will come to know that it is true if you do as James suggests in James 1:5 and ask of God.
