Hi I'm Jeff

I'm serving in Edmonton and I want the whole world to know why.... I'M A MORMON

About Me

I am serving a mission in Canada right now but at home I loved working with cars and playing any sport. I've been skydiving and want to do it again. I like cereal a lot. I would like to become a farmer or a race car driver. I only like going to stores just to spend time with my little sister. Family means a lot to me and am excited to see my family after my two years. But in the mean time, I love being in the mission field and getting to teach and learn the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I choose to be. I choose to live my life in harmony with its teachings and I receive blessings from doing so. I am a Mormon because I want to live with my family again and I serve my mission because I want to share the joy that this gospel has brought into my life.

How I live my faith

I learn as much as i can, then I live as much as I can, and I share as much as I can. Sharing the gospel is the best thing that you can possibly be doing with your time. Either by serving a mission and teaching others, or by doing simple acts of kindness.

Why are Mormons asked to donate 10% of their income to their Church?

We are asked to pay 10 percent of our income in order to help the church continue to grow. I have never seen it as giving up money but I have always looked at it as giving 10 percent back. Our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ gave me everything I have today and it is a small amount to give back and show that I am greatful for the chance to learn and grow as person with a body. Because I have payed my tithing I have seen many blessing come into my life. Show more Show less
