Hi I'm Krisitn Dahl

I grew up in Helena, Montana. I am an adrenaline junkie. Im a Mormon

About Me

I love having fun and trying new things. I am a dare devil and love the rush of cliff jumping, motorcycle riding, shooting guns, and meeting new people. I go to college at Brigham Young University and am currently a sophomore there. I also love anything outdoors. A good day to me is when I go home completely exausted because I have given all I have and tried something new.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church and baptized when I was 8 years old. However, I believe my change of heart and true conversion to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints came when I was 16. I prayed to know if the Book of Mormon was true. I received an answer and that answer was a resounding yes. However, this answer didn't come right away. I had to search diligently in the scriptures and pray sincerely. I am Mormon because there is nothing that makes me happier than to feel the spirit and see how it lights up my life. I have seen this church completely change people's countenances and lives. I am a Mormon because I know that our Heavenly Father lives and loves us and he know each and every one of us. I know this gospel is true with all my heart and I have seen small miracle in my life through my faith that these miracles can happen. I know that our prophet, Thomas S. Monson, is a true and living prophet who receives revelation from our Heavenly Father. He relates these revelations to us and his words are what we live our life by. I know that the power of prayer is real. I know that if we humble ourselves and kneel down and pray unto him and pour out our heart unto him he will hear and answer us. I know this church is true with every fiber of my being.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by sharing what I know with those around me. I live my life in a way that is peculiar to some people and they ask me about it and it gives me the opportunity to share what I believe with them. Sometimes this sparks an interest in them and they want to search it further. I feel in my heart that Heavenly Father has given me a gift to help include others. This, to me, is my calling. I notice when others aren't participating and are all alone. I live my faith by helping them come to Christ and mingle with the members of the church.

What is faith?

Krisitn Dahl
Faith is believing without seeing. Faith is knowing the sun will shine each day. Faith is not just believing but trusting and having a sincere hope and knowledge in your heart that the things you haven't seen. Faith starts small and gradually your faith will grow until you come to believe in the bigger concepts of the gospel. Show more Show less
