Hi I'm Andrew R. Taylor

I grew up in South Salt Lake. I have beaten all odds and graduated from high school and became an Eagle. I'm a Mormon

About Me

Hard work has always been a part of my life. Through hard work and determination I have been able to accomplish many wonderful things, I am currently teaching myself how to play piano, I graduated from seminary, against all odds I graduated from high school, and I've received my Eagle Award. I am not greater than any other person on this earth, and in my eyes I see everyone as my equal. Some of my hobbies are Singing, Acting, and swimming.

Why I am a Mormon

They say everyone within the church has their own conversion story. I am no different, I was converted as a youth and as I have grown older I have become more solidified in my beliefs. I know that the Savoir and my Lord and Redeemer has come to this earth and has atoned of all sins. He died for me that I may live again. I know that my loving father in heaven protects and guides me through the promptings of the Holy Spirit. I know the Book of Mormon is the Word of God, as was written for our day and age. I believe that Thomas S. Monson is called of God to lead this church in righteousness. My testimony is always growing and so am I.

How I live my faith

I love serving the Lord and it is an honor to continually serve him. As a youth in my ward I had started a youth choir, the youth said that they loved the chance to get up and sing in sacrament meetings. I feel music is my best way of serving the Lord. I have taught many lessons in youth meetings, I've served the lord on many planing committees, boards, and as a friend to all of his children. Currently I am serving as Secretary in the South Salt Lake Stake.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Andrew R. Taylor
No! We help all who are in need of help. We are all brothers and sisters and what good is family if we don't help each other? the LDS (Mormon) Church has donated more than $1 billion in cash and material assistance to 167 different countries! Many which have little to no Mormons. That is also the purpose of missionary work, to bring assistance to those who aren't apart of this church. Show more Show less
