Hi I'm Marshall

I'm a website developer and a grandfather. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a devoted husband, the father of six children--five sons and one daughter--and the grandfather of nine. I've been involved in Scouting most of my adult life and deeply involved over the past four years. I love indoor and outdoor sports, but I'm not especially good at anything. I just like being active.

Why I am a Mormon

Simple. I believe Heavenly Father restored his complete church in these latter days through a modern prophet named Joseph Smith. The Book of Mormon is evidence of Joseph Smith's divine calling. Though there is great good in the churches around the world, Heavenly Father saw fit to restore the remaining, missing doctrine along with his priesthood authority for the last time to fulfill his promise given through the ages that he would bring again his kingdom on earth. I'm grateful to be a small part of it.

How I live my faith

I've enjoyed working with teenage young men for many years in the church as well as in Scouting. Organizations such as the LDS Church and Scouting where we can meet, interact with, and serve others are something really wonderful. I've had great experiences being asked to visit or work with someone I didn't know who then became a life-long friend.
