Hi I'm Dustin Naylor

I was born in California, grew up in Utah. I play drums and piano. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I worked at a car dealership detailing used cars. I enjoy making music in various ways, including playing piano and participating in both concert and marching band. I played the Tenor Drums on the drumline in marching band. I really love to play with fireworks! I am graduated from high school, and have not yet started college. I love to play racquetball. I'm now serving a mission in British Columbia. I am currently in a town called Prince Rupert. I have grown a lot serving out here and love the blessings that everyone can receive through Christ's restored gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I am member of this Church to start with because I was born into it. I was raised by loving parents who taught me to love the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For a long time I rode on the testimonies of all my family members, but eventually I found that wasn't enough. I needed to know for myself why I was praying. I was never really good at scripture study, so I decided to crack open my scriptures. Through years of study and prayer, I have come to truly appreciate Christ and what he has done for us. He made it possible for me to be forgiven of my mistakes. I can put them in my past, and forsake them...and someday live with my Father in Heaven again and become like him. I am so thankful for the standards the Church has taught me to live by. My life is simple and easy. I'm healthy and love it! I love the guidance of the Spirit in my life and the wonderful feeling it gives me when I do what is right.

How I live my faith

Like I said above, I am currently serving a full time mission in Canada. I enjoy attending church every week. I read my scriptures daily and visit the temple as often as I can. I love to constantly learn more about the gospel of Christ, which would be why I study, pray, and go to the temple. I apply the teachings of the Church in my life every day, and I am very happy with life! I used to be the leader of my youth groups I was in in the church.
