Hi I'm Kevin Brown

I grew up in Twin Falls, ID loving outdoor adventure, I snowboard in the winter and surf when I attend BYU-Hawaii, and I'm Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in humble circumstances in a Christ-centered home near Twin Falls, Idaho. My family migrated from England and Denmark when they joined the church from missionaries that converted them. They moved to Utah, and started the town of Brownsville, Utah, which is present-day Draper, Utah. They were later called to go settle the Snake River region of Idaho and settled in Twin Falls, Idaho. The church is in my heritage, but more importantly, the gospel is in my heart. I look for oppurtunities to apply the gospel in all of the activities I do. I enjoy getting closer to God by hiking and camping in the great outdoors. I love snowboarding in the winter. I'm a student at BYU-Hawaii where I'm majoring in Political Science. I'm of the adventurous type where I enjoy surfing, hiking to waterfalls, and playing at the beach when I'm not hunkered down with my studies. I'm currently serving my mission in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Brasilia,Brazil. When I get off of my mission in March of 2015, I plan on returning to Hawaii and playing Tennis for BYU-Hawaii. The utmost important part of my life though is my family. I love the memories we create and pondering on the memories we have already created.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because it is part of my heritage, and all of my family is Mormon. I can't wait to share the gospel with other people so that I can share my happiness with others.

How I live my faith

I love to live the gospel of Jesus Christ. I have served as quorum presidents, numerous stake committee callings, and loved to go hometeaching.
