Hi I'm Jason

I'm a Brit, I was raised in a Mormon family, my life is fulfilling and that's becasue I'm still a Mormon :)

About Me

I was blessed to grow up in a loving home for which I am very grateful. The Gospel of Jesus Christ means everything to me, so much so that when I was 19 I decided to give two years of my life to share this wonderful message in Germany. I now have my own family. I'm married and a proud father of three young children. I love my family and every aspect of family life. When I'm not busy with work and family I enjoy spending time with friends. I also enjoy the great outdoors, watching movies, reading and airsoft.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because of the way that I feel. I believe that each and everyone of us can find truth by asking God, who will confirm this through His spirit. No one can prove that God doesn't exist, the same way that I can't prove that He does, which is why faith sits in the middle ground. Having a desire, together with faith I have asked God to give we a witness of the truthfulness of this Church and the Book of Mormon. In response to this question I received a feeling inside so strong that I can never deny. Receiving this witness by the Holy Ghost has given me understanding and a clear direction of where I'm going in life.

How I live my faith

As a disciple of Christ I commit my life to serving him and God. The main way in which I do this is serve those around me, as I know that God loves us and many of the blessings that we receive from Him come from those around us. I have a specific responsibility to visit with, support and strengthen a number of families in my congregation. Being the priesthood leader in my home I also have the responsibility to take care of family, to provide for their every need, both spiritual and physical. The gospel makes bad people good and good people better.
