Hi I'm Lee

I was born in Watford and have lived in Hertfordshire all my life, I am married with 3 children, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married and have 3 children, my family really are my hobby but when I get free time I enjoy playing basketball and all sports generally. I love spending time with my family and look forward to weekends to get out for walks and taking the kids to the park. For work I am a director of a company selling watches online.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptised aged 9 and remember really enjoying my years in Primary with the other children, singing and learning from inspirational people in a fun program. Aged 12 going up into the young mens programme was a great time we did all sorts of fun activities including kayaking, hiking, football, basketball, camping, cycling and so much more but balanced with study of scripture and gaining a testimony of Jesus Christ which I remember really clicking when I was 15 while studing in the seminary program and have never looked back. Sunday school and Sacrament meeting on a Sunday are spiritual feasts for me where I recharge after the working week and spending time with family and friends at church and visiting in each others homes is a real strength to me. I testify that the restored Gospel is here and that through the church we can learn more of the Saviour and how we can return to live with our Heavenly Father, we are blessed with a Prophet who leads the church today as well as Apostles and other local leaders, through church attendance and service we become closer to the people Jesus Christ would have us be.

How I live my faith

I go to church with the Watford Ward in Hempstead Road and have done since the building was built over 20 years ago, as a young man growing up in church I loved the activities and friendships I made with people across the globe. Church feels like extended family to me and serving in various responsibilities over the years has taught me a great deal about the person I wanted to be and through that service and with great friendships given me numerous opportunities to grow.
