Hi I'm Karson

I live in Oregon. I love music and i play many instruments. I am a Metalhead and a Mormon.

About Me

My passion is music. My main instruments i play are Piano, Guitar, Bass, Singing, and Trumpet. I love Metal! I hope to start a metal band of my own when i come back from my mission. I also love cars, trucks, guns, vikings, and all things metal! I played in Concert Band and Jazz Band in High School. Big Band Jazz is also one of my favorite types of music. I love my family and friends. They have supported me all throughout my life especially with my music. I am also an Eagle Scout.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and have remained one ever since. This has been my own choice and it was not forced upon me. I have always known that this is the true church and have never doubted it. I feel it in my heart every day. If i was not born into this church, i would probably not be interested in any religion or going to any church at this point in my life. I am very happy that i was born into this church and i have never regretted it. I have a strong testimony for this church.

How I live my faith

I am currently a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am serving in the Chicago, Illinois Mission. I will be spending two years of my life here preaching the gospel. I have been very blessed throughout my life and going on a mission is something that i have always wanted to do. I also served as an Youth Committee Member. I planned youth dances and social events for the youth members of our church and for youth non-members.

Why don’t Mormons drink coffee, tea, or alcohol? What is the Mormon Church’s law of health and proper diet?

Coffee, Tea, and Alcohol can be very addicting and if consumed a lot, it can be harmful to our bodies. We strive to keep our bodies healthy and strong. Show more Show less
