Hi I'm Candace

I'm a missionary for the LDS church serving in South Korea. I play lacrosse. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm nineteen years old and I love to play lacrosse. I was captain of my team and played all through high school. I love reading books, listening to music and watching movies. Pride and Prejudice is hands down my favorite book as well as movie. I love my family and friends and spending time with them. I love camping and being outside. I am a missionary for the Chruch of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am currently serving in the Korea, Seoul mission and I couldn't be more excited! I know that The Lord has been preparing me my whole life to serve this mission and I know that it will bring happiness to me and those who I get to teach. I love my Savior Jesus Christ I love my Heavenly Father and I love this Church.

Why I am a Mormon

I've chosen to be a member of this church because it gives me pure joy and happiness. Everyday, it gives me the strength to get through trials and hard situations. I love to share my testimony with others and help them understand why I am a Mormon. The Lord loves us so much and wants us to be happy. He has given us all the tools we need on this earth to return to him again. The LDS church shows us what these tools are and how to use them. Through scripture study, prayer, repentance, and trying to do our best everyday the Lord will bless us. I know that Jesus Christ loves me and gave his life for me. He made the ultimate sacrifice and atoned for our sins. Every person on this earth can be saved through him. He wants us to do what is right and I know through his Grace we can be saved. I love this church and the peace it brings to me everyday.

How I live my faith

I have been called to serve as a missionary in the Korea, Seoul mission! My whole life I have always had a calling in Church. I've been in the Young Women presidency, on the Youth Counsel and before I left for my mission I was called to be a Primary Teacher. I love to teach others about the Gospel and now I get to share it with the people of Korea! I can't wait to share my testimony with them and help them come closer to our Savior, Jesus Christ.
