Hi I'm Chris

I grew up in Missouri. I'm on a mission in Vancouver. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have three brothers, two sisters, 3 step-brothers, 1 step-sister, 4 nephews, and 5 nieces. I have wrestled, ran track, starred in my high school operetta, been kicked out of another. Ultimate Frisbee is the best sport ever. I will be going to BYU Provo after serving a two-year mission in Vancouver Canada. I like to write books and read them. I help my brother write and record music. I played Violin from 5th Grade through my senior year. Laughing is my all-time favorite pastime. And I'm a Missiourian (pronounced Mizz er an).

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised a Mormon. I have attended my church meetings and activities my whole life. I have read The Book of Mormon three times and have gained a testimony of its truth. I have felt spirit and know it to be true. I know that this is the path for not only me but for all who want to come unto Christ and return to live with our Heavenly Father after this life.

How I live my faith

I am on a two-year mission to help spread happiness and faith in Christ to all of God's Children, especially here in the beatiful land of British Columbia. I try to help those around me and I love seeing people smile. I try to represent and live my faith by the way I am in my everyday life, and also in making sure everyone knows about a very special book called the Book of Mormon.

Why do Mormons baptize their new members?

We are baptized because Jesus was baptized. It is a commandment and is needed to enter into the kingdom of God. It allows us to be cleansed of our sins, and be born again as disciples of Christ. Show more Show less
