Hi I'm Tricia

I grew up in Utah. I'm a music teacher, an artist, and a performer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college graduate with a BA in both Theatre Arts and Vocal Music. I love to sing and act, anything with performing arts. I also enjoy photography. Currently, I teacher private vocie and piano lessons at a private performing arts school. I dream one day of working in the entertainment and movie industry in California or of becoming a teacher of the arts. I am currently single and I actively participate my local Young Single Adult Ward. I dream of one day having a family that will be sealed together for eternity. I strive each day to make goals that will lead me back to my Heavenly Father.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon all my life. I can't imagine what my life would be like if I wasn't a member of this church. Without the church and the restored gospel in my life, during a dark period a few years ago, right after my brother was murdered, I would have completely fallen apart. But through my faith in Jesus Christ, and by living the values and standards of the gospel, I was able feel my Heavenly Father's love for me and come to know that, even though He isn't pleased with what they did, He still loves men who committed the act. Through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, I was able to find forgiveness in my heart for the men who took my brother's life and come to love them as my Savior loves them. I love this gospel. It gives my life purpose and meaning. Every day as I read my scriptures and pray, I can feel my relationship with my Heavenly Father growing closer and I come to more of a realiziation of who I am and who I have the potential to become.

How I live my faith

Currently , I am a leader in my local single adult ward. I help the women of my ward come to a realization of who they are and where they come from by helping them to come unto Christ and to feel that they are daughters of our Heavenly Father and He loves them. I live my faith every day and try to serve as many people as possible. Through my faith, I have learned to love all people and regard them as children of my Heavenly Father. I believe that every individual is unique and has a purpose here on this Earth, in this life. Every human being has the potential for greatness. I feel the Spirit most when I participate in music. I love the power of music and the joy and spirituality it brings to my life. Each day as I teach my students, I try to let them feel the spirit of the music and hope to be able to guide them and help them feel closer to God.
