Hi I'm Kaella McDougal

I'm a daughter, sister, friend. I'm a musician. I'm a missionary. I'm a child of God. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Utah, surrounded by family. I am the oldest of four girls. I love to sing, especially in choirs. I have a strong passion for music and an admiration for all talents. I graduated high school in 2011, and then attended both Dixie State College and Utah Valley University. I'm currenly serving a full-time mission in Birmingham, Alabama!

Why I am a Mormon

I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the only church on the earth today that has the fulness and entirety of the Gospel. I have felt the Spirit confirm this knowledge in my heart countless times, and there is no room left for any doubt. I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Redeemer. I know that He sacrificed His life so that we could be cleansed from all sin, which is necessary to return to our Father in Heaven. I know that Christ loves each one of us enough to feel every pain, every heartache, every fear we've ever felt, and lift every burden from our shoulders. I know that we have a living prophet today, and I'm so grateful for his counsel and guidance in my life. Our Heavenly Father loves each of us so much! The greatest feeling I've ever felt is the peace that comes from my knowledge of the Gospel and of His love for me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by loving others. I believe that I have the responsibility to be God's hands on Earth, and to serve His children. I've held callings in the Church as a teacher in the Relief Society women's organization, and was the class president for the 16-17 year old young women. I love teaching others about my beliefs and sharing with them what I've discovered about God and His plan for us!
