Hi I'm Sister Smith

I'm left-handed. I play soccer. I love math. I'm studying engineering. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Utah. I am the oldest of six kids, but my parents keep adding more to the troop via exchange students. I've always challenged myself in school--I took 11 AP tests in high school and I am currently working on a degree in mechanical engineering at Utah State University. Despite my deep involvement with maths and physics, I love to read and write as well. I also am an avid sports fan. I love soccer first and foremost; I've played for twelve years now and my favorite position is goalkeeper. I also love lacrosse and basketball, which I played in high school, and volleyball. I follow Real Salt Lake, Utah's soccer team. Penultimately, I am involved in music. I sing soprano and enjoy choir. My favorite bands are Coldplay and Mumford & Sons, with Death Cab for Cutie, The Killers, and Keane coming in third place. Finally, I am a Nerdfighter. Don't Forget To Be Awesome.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and throughout my lifetime I've discovered that living the gospel makes one happy. When I moved out to college, I found that the more I involved myself with the church and its members, the better my life was. I love being a Mormon because it helps me find answers and comfort in this life.

How I live my faith

I am preparing to serve as a full-time missionary in the Arkansas, Little Rock Mission. My favorite class that I'm taking this semester is my Book of Mormon Institute class.
