Hi I'm Ashley

I`m a Student, Friend, Sister, Daughter, I give the world a readon to laugh, and I`m a Mormon!

About Me

I`m Ashley!! Oldest of 3 kiddos. I`m a college student studying Nursing. I am currently serving a mission for the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints in San Fernando California. I got to spend 6 weeks in Mexico City at the CCM to learn spanish. Born in Arizona but have been living in Wyoming for the past 7 years. I love playing soccer and absolutley love anything outdoors, including hiking, horseback riding and anything to do with water. I recently ran my first half marathon and want to try again when I return home.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have always had a love for the gospel. My favorite phrase is that trials only test our faith. As a young child I was in and out of foster care and all I wanted was to find a family. At a young age knowing very little about the gospel I found a way to attend church once in a while and I always prayed no matter what was happening. I would pray every night for a family and for help in my life. Now I have the best family in the world and was able to be sealed to them forever in the Snowflake, AZ temple. I know that Heavenly Father loves me and listens to my prayers and struggles. He can help you too as long as you have the faith in him.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church on Sunday`s, read my scriptures, and say my prayers every night and day!! I try to be like Jesus every day, I feel that when you have him in your heart, it is easier to live faithfully. I love when people ask me why I am so happy because I get to tell them why and how they can be too!! :) I love teaching people about the gospel, was a YSA relief society teacher and stoked about my mission decision. Most people think mormons are too good for their own good but they are wrong, you can live faithfull and still have the right kind of fun.
