Hi I'm Jace Gummersall

I'm from Spokane, Washington. I am currently a student at BYU-I studying CIT. I love all kinds of sports, music, and being mormon!

About Me

I love to play sports and listen to all kinds of music. In high school I played football, wrestling, and track, but I am open and love to play just about anything. I also play the guitar it is one of my favorite hobbies and it always puts me in a good mood. I lived in a Asuncion, Paraguay for 2 years and served the people there. I speak Spanish and conversational Guarani and Portuguese. I like the outdoors and love to slackline. I am currently built a voice controlled smart mirror which will be able to tell me the weather, play music, and keep my calendar all with the sound of my voice. I will be graduating in a year and hope to be finding a job in project management.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Throughout my childhood I could always tell something about this church was right and that it made people different from those who did not attend. I really gained a testimony of its truth after reading the Book of Mormon. It was that act alone that helped me develop and grow my own testimony and it has only flourished since then. I know that this church is true and that is has real prophets of God leading and guiding it today. Without the gospel my life would be a mess, and I would have no clue where I would be.

How I live my faith

I live my faith each day by trying to lead more of a Christ-like life. I currently help out the ward mission and love serving others. I am always open to share my views and opinions on the church, but never push my religion on others. I love serving others and try to do my best to help them feel the love of Christ in their life.
