Hi I'm Quinn

I was born and raised in Utah. I love being outdoors; whether it be hiking, camping, or playing sports. I am a Mormon.

About Me

Throughout my life I have loved to get out and try and do new things. I played soccer, baseball, and basketball all on a competitive level and played Varsity soccer for my high school. I love to travel and be outdoors. Whether it is just staying in my area or driving across the country; there is always something new to see and learn --you just have to look for it. I currently studied at Brigham Young University where I set foot and began to study many topics. Some being: Sociology, Psychology, and Business. I love to learn new things and never stop learning.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the gospel but never really thought much about it. I was baptized, received callings, and did many other things in the church as I grew. But never did I really think or do much to learn or know for myself until some trials came to me in life. My older brother passed away a few years back and that is really where MY story began. I was hurt at first and did not know the reason for it. That is where I first began to use the Book of Mormon and prayer. By doing so, many answers came to me and I was relieved of many questions and fears. Then not to long after his passing, my mother was diagnosed with Lymphoma and passed away. Luckily this time, I had answers. I took the same path to searching for answers and more came to me. I am a Mormon because I have found peace and so many answers throughout my life because of it. The full knowledge that comes with the gospel will be a compass to you throughout your life and give you the answers you need at all times. There will never be a time that you won't learn or find answers. Just know that all answers come, just not always instantly. With trust in the lord and the gospel we have, you can do anything. That is why I am a Mormon and I love it with all my heart.

How I live my faith

Currently I am serving a full-time mission for the church in Lima Peru! How I worked up to becoming a missionary consisted of many church callings. I also was a Boy Scout where I received my Eagle. Being in Boy Scouts really teaches you hard work which is needed in the mission and in life in general. Also, from being a leader in church callings I learned great traits and also a lot about the beautiful gospel we have. I try to live to be the best person I can and we all make mistakes; but luckily for us, we can and will be forgiven.
