Hi I'm Jaimee Anderson

I am from Woods Cross, Utah. I'm a returned missionary and a college student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Jaimee. I am a returned missionary in the Virginia Chesapeake mission. On my mission I was able help people come unto Jesus Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end. I loved every minute of this mission experience and I loved the opportunity it gave me to share the gospel with others. I currently am a college student at a four year university in Utah. I am majoring in English with an emphasis in professional and technical writing. I also am minoring in music. I enjoy singing, playing the piano, playing the clarinet, reading, and writing. One of my favorite things to do is to sing in choirs. In high school, I was a member of the Madrigal audition choir. I loved being part of such an amazing group and the opportunities I had to sing at so many different venues. I am the oldest child in a family of four. I also have lots of younger cousins who I enjoy spending time with. One of my favorite things to do with my family is to travel. We have been on several fun vacations. One of my favorite travel spots that our family goes to is Lake Powell, in southern Utah. There, we are able to go boating, wake boarding, tubing, and water skiing. I am so thankful for the life I have been given with wonderful family members and amazing educational and religious opportunities.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the gospel of Jesus Christ! I want to continue to follow His gospel for the rest of my life because I know with all of my heart that it is true. Being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints brings me so much joy every day. The gospel provides me with so many blessings. It gives me peace, inspiration, and helps me to feel love for others. I am so grateful for the knowledge that the gospel gives me. Through the gospel, I know that families can be together for time and all eternity. I know that by living the gospel of Jesus Christ and by applying his atonement in my life, I can someday return to live with God, Our Heavenly Father. To return to him, is the biggest goal in my life, and it is something that I want more than anything in this world.

How I live my faith

I really am trying to continually doing the small, and simple things in my life. I love reading the scriptures, going to church, praying, and serving others.
