Hi I'm Dan

I'm a Londoner who loves living in the city. I'm an architect, father and sports lover. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm an architect that has grown up in London, It's a city that inspires me everyday. I love being a Londoner and part of the hustle and bustle of city life. I have always loved to run around and be active, i'll give any sport a go and spent most of my childhood working out how to spend as much time possible running around a field with a ball or jumping over things - then I realised i'm wasn't good enough to make money out of it so I had to find a career! Rugby is my release the the moment.

Why I am a Mormon

My wife and family will tell you it often takes me a long time to make decisions! I like to study things out and get a full understanding before I do things. I was brought up in the Mormon faith and that afforded me plenty of time to figure out what it meant to me and how I wanted to live my life. I feel that I already have a lifetime of evidence that gives me a settled conviction that the doctrines of the church are true. It makes sense to me. Ultimately, have felt and seen that when I do what is right and follow Christ's example, I am happy.

How I live my faith

My faith influences everthing I do. I have become acutely aware as a young father how much little children soak up the world around them and that reminds me how important it is that we surround ourselves with the things that we want to shape our lives. Through my years as a member of the church I have spent a lot of time working with the youth and young adult organisations, which is very rewarding. I also spent 2 years in Toronto, Canada as a missionary for the church with a specific assigment to work with the local hispanic communities there.
