Hi I'm Haley Morris

From Louisiana, attending Brigham Young University. About to serve a fulltime LDS mision in L'viv, Ukraine. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love cats, comics and learning. I attend Brigham Young University, but I am currently deferring for eighteen months to serve a mission in L'viv, Ukraine. I love to keep up on pop culture news, whether it be about my favorite television shows, movies or books. Hopefully one day I will be able to put that to use for a career. I am not a huge sports person, I have been known to sleep through football games, while at the stadium. However, I just got into running and completed my first half marathon in 2015.

Why I am a Mormon

I may have been born into a Mormon family, but I am a Mormon because I received a strong witness of the truth of Christ's true church. This testimony of his gospel did not come all at once, rather it came through obedience and diligence in scripture study, attending my Sunday meetings and praying for a confirmation of the church's truth. I continue to follow this gospel because I know the blessings I receive while following truth are some of the most powerful witnesses to me of Christ's power on the earth today.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be obedient to it as possible. I will be serving a mission, so I will hopefully be able to show how I live my faith in all my actions. As a missionary I will be dedicating all my time, talent, and energy in serving God for 18 months.

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

Haley Morris
Missionaries proselyte because they want others to feel the happiness they have when coming unto Christ. Missionaries do not proselyte out of wanting to up membership numbers, they proselyte because they truly believe that the message they are teaching can help others live a happier life.
