Hi I'm Moroni Cesario

I was born in Portugal, grew up in London England and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Lisbon, Portugal on the year of 1998. As a child, my parents have brought me up believing in Jesus Christ and so he has become an important aspect in my daily life. I came to England at a very young age, I have learnt to call London my home. Although there are challenges, I still love this city no matter the situation. I love football, I grew up playing football no matter the weather, be it rain, snow or hail. Coming from a big family of 9, playing football was never boring. Every weekend as a family, we would go out to the nearest park for a kick about. I love all forms of physical activities; basketball, tennis, badminton, athletics etc. In school I studied IT, Spanish, History, Music, Drama and Sociology. I am planning to go university after my mission. I plan on serving a full time mission and am currently awaiting my calling.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love the gospel the church teaches, it has taught me so many things, it has taught me to come unto Christ and be the best I can in this life. The gospel is a wonderful thing, it brings out the best in us and that is why I love the members and the principles we all live within the church. Everything we are taught is for our spiritual growth and it is there for everyone to benefit of. I know the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints contains the true and living gospel on the face of the Earth. I know that the principles taught to us are for our benefit in life, I know this to be true. This gospel blessed me and continues to bless my life to this day and further on in my life.

How I live my faith

As a young man I'm still part of the young mens organisation. Every week we would organise a day to meet up with friends at church to participate in activities, we call this mutual. Mutual activities vary from service projects to going out as a group to watch a movie, but everything we do will have a spiritual though to it. Preparing to serve a full time mission, I am getting myself used to teaching and spreading the gospel and at least twice a week I try to go out with current full time missionaries to teach and spread the gospel.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Moroni Cesario
Mormon's are encouraged to help others who are not Mormon, they are encouraged to bless and help those who are not Mormon. Youth are encouraged to help their friends learn more about the gospel and other things they need help with, youth do service as activities. I personally love missionary work and missionary work is a form of service mainly to those outside the faith. Show more Show less
