Hi I'm Allie

I love to dance. I served a mission in New England. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I recently returned home from serving a mission in New England for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Serving a mission has blessed my life more than anything else I have done in my life. The restored gospel of Jesus Christ means the world to me. Living by its truths is what has shaped me into the person that I am today. I am blessed to be in a loving family and I'm glad I get to be with them for all eternity. I'm a daughter of God and I rejoice in knowing that. I love to dance and I am majoring in modern dance at the University of Utah. Other hobbies I have are taking pictures, being outdoors and spending time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know without a doubt that the restored gospel of Jesus Christ is true. I know that through Joseph Smith, Heavenly Father restored His gospel and that we have the fullness of truth. Heavenly Father knows and loves each one of His children perfectly. I am so grateful for the knowledge I have of the atonement of Jesus Christ, and that through Him we can repent and be forgiven of our sins. This is a great blessing to me because I am far from perfect. I love the simple truthfulness of this church and this gospel. I am a Mormon because I want to be with my family for all eternity.

How I live my faith

I work on living my faith everyday by reading the scriptures and the Book of Mormon. I talk to my Father in Heaven through prayer every morning and night, and try to keep a prayer in my heart throughout my day. I look forward to attend my church meetings every Sunday. I attend a young single adult ward while I attend college and I have the opportunity to serve on the mission committee where we find ways we can share the gospel with others. For the next 18 months I will have the opportunity not only to focus entirely on my faith, but to share the knowledge of the gospel that I have with others as I serve a mission in New Hampshire.
