Hi I'm Keegan Taylor

I'm a runner, skier, and older brother. Sports are my life! I'm from a small town called Sugar City, Idaho. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small town in Idaho. I have two amazing parents and am the oldest out of 7 siblings in my family. I love the responsibility of being an example for my younger brothers and sisters. I love snow skiing, running, and playing just about every sport, or anything physically active. I especially enjoy watching sporting events with my dad and brothers. We are sports fanatics! We love to spend time together going to football, basketball, and baseball games & we love our BYU COUGS!! I find so much joy in being with my family and all my goofball friends. They are who made me become the person I am today. Through great examples I am now serving a mission in Jacksonville Florida trying to speak Spanish. There's no other place i'd rather be right now than teaching others of Jesus Christ and bringing them closer to him.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon all my life. It was, however, through the examples of friends, family, and prophets of old that I have become fully converted into the gospel. I know that it is essential for us to find and build our own testimonies of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to truly become converted. Line upon line, precept upon precept. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has been the solid foundation for which I have been able to stand strong over the years. I simply love having the knowledge of why I am here and that I can live with my family forever in happiness. It gives me a sense of direction in my life.

How I live my faith

I live the gospel of Jesus Christ through service and my example to others. I always try to keep the light of Christ in my countenance as I meet and associate with others. I have been so blessed in during my life when I am striving to help others and lift them up. I have been given the opportunity to lead many groups of youth during my teenage years, both in church callings and in the community. Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father are my ultimate examples. I strive to be like them wherever I am, so that I can, in turn, be that example to others. As a missionary I devote every day to serving the Lord through teaching the people of Jacksonville Florida about our Savior Jesus Christ. There is no more fulfilling job than helping someone change their life and come unto Christ. By serving others I have gained a greater testimony of Jesus Christ and his atonement.
