Hi I'm Nathan Combrink

I'm a missionary, a Californian, a volleyball player. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Reno, NV and Camino, CA. I played a lot of sports through middle school and high school, but my favorite by far is volleyball. I was raised by my mom and her parents with my 3 siblings. We're all members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. After high school I worked at Subway for 6 months until I became a missionary in the Texas Houston East Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

i was raised in the church, but now I have a testimony of my own. I'm so grateful for my mom for bringing me to church and teaching me this Gospel. It has blest my life in so many ways. I didn't have to worry about getting into trouble during high school or since because of the high standards I learned as a Mormon in my youth. I was introduced to good friends. And I was taught about my Savior, Jesus Christ, and what He's done for me. I also know the Book of Mormon is truly the Word of God, and a companion to the Bible. The Book of Mormon is the greatest testimony of Jesus Christ I have ever read or heard.

How I live my faith

I try to live my life, to the best of my abilities, how Christ wants me to live. I love sharing my testimony with others, especially when they come to me with questions. I'm currently a missionary in the Texas Houston East Mission. This allows me to talk with people everyday about what I know to be true and how it's blest my life. I also get to help other missionaries become more like Christ and help others do the same.
