Hi I'm Rebecca

I grew up in Alberta, Canada. I work with horses and dogs. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Alberta, Canada. When I in Jr. High I would go back and forth between Canada and Texas. When I turned 17 I move down to Texas and worked on a horse ranch. This is where I received majority of my experience with horses. I love horses and plan to work with them for as long as possible. I also love anow skiing and swimming. I grew up downhill snow skiing in the winters and swimming in the summers. I love to spend time with my family and do everything possible with them.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church and would go every Sunday with my family. I never really questioned whether it was true or not until I got into Sr. High school. This is wear I received my testimony. I saw the blessings that came from living the principles that the church teaches. We all go through hard, challenging times but I saw that though living the standards and teachings of the gospel we could get though these challenges and be happy. I know that the Church is true. Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father want us to return to live with them. I know that we can by living his gospel. I know, through study and prayer, that this is Christ's church on earth today. As we live the standards and teachings of the gospel we can be happy and return to live with God in heaven. I know that no one is perfect and that we all make mistakes; God has made a plan to overcome this. This plan is the Atonement that Jesus Christ preformed for us. Through the Atonement we can be cleansed from all of our mistakes and return to live with our Heavent Father and Jesus again and have peace and joy in life.

How I live my faith

I go to chruch every week and I study the scriptures every day. I try to do what I can for those around me and try to help them undersatand more about Christ and his church. I am serving a full-time mission in the Calisfronia, Irvine Mission, where I teach those here by helping people understand what we believe, the doctrine of the Christ's Church, and by helping them with things that they need.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?
