Hi I'm Matt Gordon

I grew up in Utah. I'm on a mission for the Church. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a family of 10. All of my brothers and sisters are members of the Church. We are a very tight knit family and love spending time around each other. I have always loved music, from piano to band. I play a few instruments and I also sing. I love playing sports, especially Ultimate Frisbee. And hanging out with friends has always been a favorite.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I cannot imagine my life without it. I know that this Gospel is the way for us to have true and lasting happiness in this life. I've grown my own testimony, and I have Faith in Jesus Christ as our Savior and Redeemer. I love living in this Gospel, the perspective that it gives me is amazing. I know that if we have faith in Jesus Christ, truly repent of our sins, are baptized and keep our covenants, and as such receive the Holy Ghost into our lives, then we will be able to endure any trial that can come into our lives. The strength that this knowledge gives me is priceless.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a full time mission for the Church in the Sacramento California Mission. I go out every day telling all that will listen about the restored Gospel that we have on this earth today. When I was growing up I would play piano or organ to accompany the congregation while we sang hymns.
