Hi I'm Aaron

I grew up in Tewksbury Massachusetts and I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

About Me

I'm 20 and a Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I attended Brigham Young University-Idaho as a Freshmen and Ive lived my entire life in the state of Massachusetts. I'm a convert going on 6 years.

Why I am a Mormon

As a child i was raised in the Catholic church. I went to church every Sunday and afterwards went to CCD which is after church classes. This took place until I was about 10. My family and I began to go years without going to church and I guess you can say we went inactive. After many years of not attending church and not getting that spiritual nourishment, one day I spoke up and said I really feel like we need to go to church. Instead of going back to our former church (because we felt the church we went to wasn't for us) each Sunday for the next month we went out and attended different churches to see which was right for us. After searching and attending we realized none of these churches were right for us. But one day latter down the road my mother's boss grew enough spiritual confidence and faith to tell my mom about the Church of Jesus Christ of latter Day Saints which she belonged to. Through her talks and teachings my mom began to and accepted to read the Book of Mormon. A year later after reading and fully understanding the basics of the gospel she became baptized. Only a few months later the ward missionaries stopped by and began to teach me the gospel stories and principles. I became baptized moths after my mother. My mom and I are the only members of the Church but I'm happy with where we are at today. I couldn't ask for a more caring and loving church to belong to.

How I live my faith

I have been a home teacher to many families who Ive seen each month and have been the second counselor in the priests quorum.
