Hi I'm Sawyer

I grew up in Utah. I love music, art, languages, math, science, and pretty much everything. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Growing up in the LDS church, there is a lot of emphasis on the family. So, though I am not a father yet, I look forward to the day that I get to be. I love writing music, drawing anime, 3D modeling and animation, solving math problems, parkour, video games, learning languages, and a couple other things. I'll put my religious interests in "How I live my faith".

Why I am a Mormon

I was originally a Mormon simply because my parents were and because it was raised with. But my family slowly went inactive, and my parents didn't make me go to church. I learned myself how I feel when the spirit is with me, and I wanted to keep that feeling with me all the time. I also know that the LDS church is the Lord's true church on this earth, and I want to do what the Lord wants me to do, and I want to be who He wants me to be.

How I live my faith

I attend church every Sunday, and try to do my best to focus on the lessons that are presented. When I do so, there is such an incredible change in how my day and week progresses. Things seem to go smoother, and I can feel the spirit with me. I'm also going to serve a mission in less than three weeks (I'm signing up here because it's recommended for missionaries.) and I'm incredibly excited!

What do Mormons believe about the Bible? Do they regard it as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

It is commonly thought that Mormons do not believe in the Bible. However, this is entirely untrue. The Bible "is" is the word of God, and if any Mormon were to tell you otherwise, they may have to take a step back and rethink quite a few things. Show more Show less
