Hi I'm Mariah Cobb

I grew up in Knoxville Tennessee. I did soccer and cheerleading in high school. I am a mormon.

About Me

I enjoy the outdoors and am always working on different projects around the house. I have many friends from different faiths. I work hard in school and am planning on going into nursing. I worked as CNA before I left for my mission and boy was it hard work! I enjoy spending time with my family. I love creating things and have always wanted to be good at sewing.

Why I am a Mormon

I am mormon because I find peace in what the church teaches. I know I have a Heavenly Father who loves me. I know that I can pray to Him and receive answers to my prayers. I know that He listens and that I can recieve knowledge and guidance by Him. I love my Heavenly Father and know that as I follow Him I can build a relationship with Him and become closer to Him.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving in different areas in my church. As I worked in different presidencies I learned that Christ's way of leading is the most affective, which is reaching out and serving others in need. I try my hardest to read my scriptures every day and articles from the New Era and Ensign. I find the scriptures and stories and talks in the magazines inspire me to be more like the Savior by loving as He did. I attend church meetings on Sundays because I enjoy learning about Christ's teachings. In high school I also attended an early morning seminary class to further my knowledge and testimony of Him.
