Hi I'm Daniel

I was raised in Northern California. I wrestle, dance, and I'm a mormon

About Me

After living in Fairfield, California for fifteen years of my life, I moved to Granite Bay. There I completed High School where I was involved in soccer, band, Student Government, track, dance, and wrestling. I started attending Brigham Young University and loved it. Now I am on my mission in Cleveland Ohio. In High School I loved putting together the high school rallies. I also enjoyed the Dance class where I often choreographed dances that were put in the end of the year show. I learned the most from wrestling. Starting the sport as a freshman, I worked hard and had a successful senior season. I have never worked so hard on a sport before. With all those activities, I stayed very busy, eventful and unique.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a member of this church has brought me more joy than anything else that I have done in my life. I love my family and they are the most important thing to me. This church centers around the family as the most important part of the gospel. I have continued to be a member of this church because I've seen the blessings of following the commandments. Through these experiences I have grown a testimony of Jesus Christ as our savior, and that the gospel has been restored to it's fullness so we can live with our father in heaven once again.

How I live my faith

I worked for six months before heading off to college. During that time I had the opportunity to be a "Ward Missionary." I was able to meet the many people that were just being introduced to the gospel. I would help the "full-time missionaries" teach lessons to these individuals so they could better understand the great plan that our Heavenly Father has for all of us. I love the gospel so much because it brings me joy. Thus I also feel happy when I see others come to the gospel of Jesus Christ. They can feel his love when they live righteously. I am grateful that I feel his love everyday and can be at peace when I read the scriptures, pray and live his commandments worthily. Now I am on my mission and it has been such a learning experience for me. I've seen how the atonement of Jesus Christ can be used to change my life and help me become a stronger, more faithful, and more loving person.
