Hi I'm Ariel

I'm in love with people I've never met and places I've never been. And I'm a mormon.

About Me

I spent half of my life growing up in a small town in the middle of Nowhere, Idaho and the other half of my life in Southern California. I love that I was able to experience the best of both worlds and I truly believe that I am the luckiest girl. I'm the kind who can be social, I enjoy the silence just as much as I enjoy the commotion. I love being in the center, getting everyone all rallied up, as much as I love being in the corner watching from a distance. I'd rather be outside than indoors, rain or shine. I have a hard time with deciding between spending the weekend reading a good book or getting lost somewhere new with a group of friends. My most recent adventure begins on March 20, 2013 when I report to the MTC to serve a full time mission in Madrid Spain.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon simply because I've seen what my life would be like if I wasn't. I know that this is the only true church on earth today and that my Heavenly Father wants me to be happy. Everything about being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints makes me want to live my life in the best possible way and enjoy every aspect of my journey here on Earth. I've learned to love everyone and to never judge, to find truth in every trial, and to always remember that I have purpose and great worth.

How I live my faith

I know I am happiest when I am increasing my faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ. I've never known anything to bring me more direction and fulfillment in this life than the knowledge that my Heavenly Father loves me. I try to live my life in a way that leaves people wanting to know more about what I believe. Each day I strive to learn more through personal prayer, scripture study, and service to others.
