Hi I'm Thomas Mecham

I'm from Sugar City, Idaho. I love sports. I am the youngest of 6 children. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I love snowboarding and playing basketball. I have spent most of my life in a small town, which I enjoy. I am the youngest of 6 siblings, 5 boys 1 girl. I am currently serving an LDS mission in the Louisiana, Baton Rouge mission, and plan to go to college when I return home. I contribute everything I am blessed with to my God. I know that I wouldn't have the things I do if it wasn't for him.

Why I am a Mormon

The reason why I became a Mormon and why I continue to be a Mormon is because I was raised in a home where I was taught the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As I got older, I prayed to my Heavenly Father (God) and asked him if the Mormon Church was the true church of Christ. And God answered my prayers with a nice calming feeling. I knew then that God loved me and that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints was the true and living church. I owe everything to God and want others to know the truths that I came to find for myself through faith and prayer.

How I live my faith

In my church, I am a missionary who has been set apart to go out in the Louisiana area to share what I know about God with all of the people I come in contact with. I get to enjoy many opportunities to serve other people around me, and I help out in any way I can in the community. I love what I do and know I am doing what God wants me to do.
