Hi I'm Daniel

I'm a missionary. I grew up in a small town in Missouri. I ran cross country. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in a small town. There weren't a whole lot of active Mormons around me. I was one of around three active members in my school, one of which was my younger sister. I'm currently a serving a mission in the Boise Idaho area. I absolutely love it. I've grown quite a bit since I've been out; Emotionally, Mentally, Spiritually.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of this church. That is not to say that I am only a Mormon because I'm comfortable with how I've been raised. I have gained a testimony for my self of the truthfulness of this gospel. I have no single instance of conversion or deep story that comes to mind. No, my testimony came about by feeling the Spirit in times of need or feeling a sense of comfort and knowledge about the teachings of the gospel. I believe in Heavenly Father, his son Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost. I know that we have a living prophet guiding us and that Joseph Smith was directed by the Lord to re-establish His Church once again.

How I live my faith

Before I left on my mission, I was an assistant scout master for the youth in my ward. I delivered meals when I could with our local Meals-On Wheels program, which delivers to home bound and elderly individuals.
