Hi I'm Hannah

I love science and attend a university in Salt Lake City. I'm serving a mission in Perú this summer! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love studying the sciences and am fascinated by the many beautiful arts and cultures of the world. I spent much of my childhood in piano and dance lessons, and am now an enthusiastic fan of both music and post-modern dance. I am currently studying at a university, and I plan on majoring in Computer Science; I might minor in modern dance when I come back from my mission to Perú!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that our Heavenly Father knows and loves us individually. I've had feelings and experiences in my life that have testified this to me in ways that are very personal to me and my spirit. I know that as humans in this world, we are far from perfect, but I know that through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, we can be forgiven for our transgressions and grow to become the strong people we were always meant to be. I am a Mormon because I know that the foundation of this church is built upon love.

How I live my faith

Because I am relatively young, I haven't had many opportunities to be in leadership positions yet. I have served along with the youth of my ward in various service projects in my community, and have occasionally taught lessons and given talks in both youth and ward meetings. Once, I was invited to speak at a meeting with all young women from about five different wards; it was one of the many experiences I've had that have helped me make the decision to serve a full-time mission.
