Hi I'm Micah

I lived in New Jersey, and am now studying Physics at BYU Provo. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student studying Physics. I like to play frisbee, soccer, basketball, video games, and listen to epic music. I watch Japanese anime and am learning to play the guitar. Hopefully I will begin to learn to play the bass guitar, because it's so awesome. I grew up on the east coast of the USA on the New Jersey side of the New York area.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church, and have had my whole life to learn its teachings. I have come to understand for myself that there is no inconsistency in its teachings, and have seen the effects of these teachings on people. I have felt for myself the Spirit of God, and I cannot deny its existence or its truth. I believe that Christ died so that we may all return to our Father in Heaven, and that His church has been restored to this earth. I know that this is Christ's church, and that it is His will that we may joyfully return to live with Him for eternity. I say and defend these things in Christ's name. Amen.

How I live my faith

I attend Church meetings regularly, going every Sunday as well as to any ward activities during the week that I can make it to. I attend a college ward of young adults, so everyone is in my age range. My calling right now is as a member of the activities committee, so I help plan and execute ward activities. I also have a few people who I have been commissioned to check up on once a month. I study the scriptures and pray often. I am preparing right now to serve a two year mission where I will teach people of our church and our beliefs in a foreign place.
