Hi I'm Andrew

I was born in Michigan, but spent most my growing up in Utah. I love Baseball, Snowboarding, and Reading. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am currently serving an LDS mission in the New Zealand Wellington Mission. I love Reading, Baseball, Snowboarding, Pushing myself, and anything and everything that gets my adrenaline going.. especially reading.. I Love Animals including my Labrador Samantha. I get to meet new people and experience new things everyday being a missionary! The mission is my life for 2 years until I go home and plan on studying the heart to achieve my plan to become a Cardiologist, but for now, I am just loving the people, sights, and excitement to be found on the other side of the world.

Why I am a Mormon

Sometimes I ask this question to myself. In reality, I do not believe in labels. I believe that when you peel back the thick layers and barriers that divide us, that we are all part of the same family. Everyone is born in different circumstances with different levels of opposition. Each of us to some degree, experience bad and good yet this I know. When we act upon the good. The truth to be found in our lives whether it is in abundance or scarce, it leads us to Christ. This is the only way that god could expect everyone to come unto him regardless of our circumstances. I am a Mormon, because it is where my quest towards Christ has taken me. I am a Mormon, because within this churches walls and the pages of its standard works, is revealed ever piece and whit of "word" that god has revealed to man. I have questions and ask them every single day, yet I find answers. The belief I have is not unsupported and it is not blind. God has left evidence through the Book of Mormon. Through Prophets; And through the holy ghost which supports and testifies of truth. I know my heavenly father lives, I know I am his son, And I, Am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

Being a missionary, I am constantly involved in most aspects of Church growth. I get to meet hundreds of new faces each month and absolutely love it! Assignments range from door knocking, to street contacting, speaking in church meeting, Doing weekly service project, visiting the sick, and of course heaps of teaching and sharing this wonderful gospel. Service is truly on of the greatest things we can offer and I love the fulfilment it brings to my life! Back at home I used to stay busy with school and extra curricular's, but loved volunteering with friends at the local retirement home by socializing and sharing our musical talents!
