Hi I'm Robyn

I'm a full time mum, trained nurse, lover of baking and making and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 26 years old, a mother to Nancy and a wife to Andrew. I'm a trained nurse and I worked in theatre (operating room) before becoming a mother and full time home-maker. I love my new 'job' as I have more time for some of my favourite hobbies: baking, sewing, making posters and playing with my sweet daughter. I love learning new skills and I love people. Especially those who inspire me to make more of myself.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have a testimony of Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for me. I know that He atoned for all my mistakes, for the hurt and pain that I sometimes suffer and that He is my Saviour. I know that as I develop myself and improve myself in a way that brings me in line with His teachings, that I will become more like Him and the effects of this bless me and my family.

How I live my faith

At the moment I have an assignment to organise activities for the women of the church in our area. We do lots of different sorts of activities from crafts and arts to community projects. It's a great opportunity for me to develop my talents and learn new skills and meet new people as well as deepening relationships with those I already know. Spending time doing meaningful activities helps me to feel closer to my saviour and helps me to recognise how The Lord has blessed me and my family.
