Hi I'm Heather Peugnet

Hi I'm Heather. I love life and I am a missionary in the Dominican Republic. I am a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Heather Peugnet. I am 20 years old and I am a sister missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am the middle child of 7 kids and love being an Aunt to my nieces and nephews. I love to love life and to just have fun. My family is very important to me I love them so much and am so grateful to know that Families are Together Forever. Some other things that I like to do are to listen to music, being outdoors, playing and watching sports, spending time with my family and friends. I love this Gospel and am so grateful that i have it in my life it has changed my life so much and has also blessed it for the best.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church with my family but I always had a hard time believing that the church was true. I went through a time period were I stopped going because it was just really hard for me and I didn't want to go and I had only been going for my parents.Towards the end of 2012 I decided that I needed to change my life around and to do something better with it. I started to go back to church for myself and enjoying it I then started to think about serving a mission. That decision has been one of the best but also a very difficult decision that I have ever made. Leaving my Family and Friends have been hard but I have had so many Spiritual experiences while on my mission and I know that I am blessing those that I serve and my family back at home and also my furture family while I am out here serving the Lord. I know that this church is true. I am THANKFUL for the plan of salvation in knowing that families are together forever. I know that Thomas S. Monson is the true living prophet here on the earth and that he receives personal revelation for us today. I know that Joseph Smith restored the gospel. I am thankful for the Atonement so that i can have the option to repent of my sins. I know that from reading the Book of Mormon that it is true and that it can answer prayers. I know that my prayers are answered in a timely manner and i am thankful to know that i will always have have my Heavenly Father their for me. I love this gospel and am thankful to have it in my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by sharing my experience with those around me and by sharing what I have grown to appreciate and know is true with the people I come in contact with while I am on my mission. Every day I have new experiences that confirm to me that this gospel is true and that strengthen my testimony in Faith through the Lord Jesus Christ. I also bare my testimony at every opportunity that I get because I want to be able to share my feelings and love towards Christ with others.
