Hi I'm Kyle

I'm 22 years old, Born\Raised Mormon in Southern Alberta, Canada in a small town called Magrath, It's about 80% LDS.

About Me

I am currently engaged to my best friend and future eternal companion, and will be married in 10 days. I am attending the University in my city studying to be a teacher and\or sports administration, so you could say im beginning to start my adult life. I love music that isn't played on the radio, and I love to live from moment to moment enjoying what is often taken for granted. Laughing is so crucial in keeping a smile on your face and the others around you so I tend to not be so serious all the time. Family is an every day close part of my life and without them I would be lost or dead. Video Games are my friends as well as any board game that you can play with family.

Why I am a Mormon

I could write a huge long story about what instance I knew I had gained a testimony but I find that hard to do. For me what I have found is that there is a very powerful happiness and motivation in feeling peaceful. Peaceful about many things is very important. Every day we worry and stress about little things, very insignificant things that have almost zero meaning in who we are. I have hurt people in life and been hurt in many many ways. Relationship heartbreak, family illness, personal illness, and many more hurts we all know are real and true. My life has never been truely at peace until all those hurts are resolved, and this is possible. Every day of course something or someone gets hurt. We fall, we make mistakes and we forget very easily what was just corrected and healed. My truth of this Gospel lies in the truth that we can one day return to live with our Heavenly Father. We can achieve full peace through our Savior Jesus Christ. Its always hard to ask for help, its always hard to ask for forgiveness, its hard to forgive and even give help...but what I know is that this Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the true church of God. I know that because all those small things that I have mentioned, and all the big things are core in his teachings. Its not about reading a simple story or scripture and being changed but what it is, is reading those things and living them, following them to the best of your abilities and loving everyone around you. I am so young and have soo much to learn and do in this life. I am just beginning to start a life with another person with the same delicate heart and soul that I do and I am so Happy and at Peace to KNOW that living this Gospel together with her will achieve an Eternal peace and that no matter what, We can achieve that everlasting happiness by living day to day, moment to moment, hurt by hurt and most important...Love by Love.

How I live my faith

I am attending a single Adult ward right now in my city and have the privilege of organizing and setting up the proper lessons and teachers for our sunday school classes. I was so blessed to be called to serve a proselyting mission in New Hampshire and surrounding New England areas in 2009. My brother is also currently serving at this very moment in North Carolina, Charlotte and areas.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Kyle
My brother is serving a mission now in North Carolina. He is a normal human person who just wants to help others and share the Gospel with other families and Individuals who are looking for answers about life and existence. Families are meant to be together, and missionaries are only tools there to guide those that are lost or seeking help into a better understanding of God and how we all can find true peace.
