Hi I'm Thomas

I am the second oldest of a family of 4 boys and 1 girl. I love to ski in the winter, and I love playing soccer.

About Me

I lived in Southern California until I was 9 years old. I moved to Utah with my family to be closer to my extended family. I graduated high school in 2012. I spent one semester at Brigham Young University before President Monson announced the missionary age change in the October 2012 general conference, at which point I paused my education to serve a mission. I go skiing with my family and friends many times each winter. I played on my high school soccer team from 2009 to 2012. I was also on the high school swim team. I really love eating all types of food, but I would have to say a chocolate malt milkshake is probably my favorite food. I could eat four of those a day for the rest of my life.

Why I am a Mormon

This church really cares about its individual members, and does its best to show it. I truly believe that this church teaches principles that lead its followers to lead a life of higher principles and because of this, they are happier. I can honestly say that the happiest I have ever been is through feeling the spirit; whether in the temple or somewhere else.

How I live my faith

I attend church meetings every sunday with the youth. Up until now, I haven't been old enough to receive many callings, but I did work briefly as a first counselor for sunday school in my student ward. I helped organize the teachers for the lessons each sunday. When I was growing up I would go to Youth activities on Wednesday, where we did anything from service to career exploration to just a fun get together.
