Hi I'm Macall Bowden

I'm a ginger. I'm preparing to serve a mission in Houston, Texas. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have studied ballet since i was 14, before that i was a complete tom boy and loved anything to do with sports, shooting things, and nintendo 64. I'm currently attending Utah Valley University, i have about 1 year left until i graduate! Ballet has been a huge part of my life and has let me travel all over the world. I love to longboard, snowboard, surf, if a board is involved i'm all over it.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because without a doubt I know this gospel is true. I grew up in the church but I didn't really have my own testimony until I went to New York my senior year of high school. I was able to go to the sacred grove and be in the very places Joseph Smith grew up. The feelings that I got while i was there were incredible. I knew that I could never again question the church. The church has been a rock for me throughout the years, it has brought more peace into my life than anything else. It is home for me and I can not wait for the opportunity to share it with others!

How I live my faith

I am preparing to serve a full time mission in Houston, Texas! I could not be more excited!! I leave on April 10, so I have about 6 weeks to get everything ready!

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Macall Bowden
No being a mormon doesn't mean you isolate yourself and only contact other mormons. We believe in following the example of Christ and serving everyone around us. We are open to all types of people and should always be trying to find ways to serve others regardless of their faith, race, upbringing, nothing should stop you from being kind to others.
